Hello, to all in the Central Region. I wish to Congratulate and hope to welcome the newest IAFF Local Rio Rancho. They have been working hard over the last year to become part of the IAFF, and have been accepted recently. So, I hope you all will stand with us in congratulating Our newest Brothers and Sisters of Local 4877. We are still in the begining stage of negotiations for Los Lunas, but are making progress, L4297 is at the table. L244, city side are still dealing with the new administration but things seem to be leveling out, but are still keep a close eye on them. The County side of L244 just graduated another cadet class of 29, and promoted 11 Lt's, as well as 3 Captaions and 3 Battalion Commanders to the field, great going on the forward progress.  The next meetings for the NMPFFA will be held in the Southern Region on Febuary 16th 2012, and on April 19th 2012 in the Northern Region. Please, If you are plan on attending them, please let us know. This will help us in planning for food, and discussions for the meetings. We hope to see you all there....
