As Secretary-Treasurer, Brother Warden is the Chief Financial Officer of the NMPFFA.  The Secretary-Treasurer manages meeting minutes to ensure effective administration of NMPFFA records and is responsible for the sound fiscal management of NMPFFA, keeping the Executive Board informed about NMPFFA's ongoing financial condition. The Secretary-Treasurer helps create and adhere to our core values, strategic plans, bylaws, and policies and procedures.
