Introducing the New 2025-2027 NMPFFA Executive Board

The New Mexico Professional Fire Fighters Association is proud to announce our newly elected Executive Board, chosen by delegates on August 8th at the NMPFFA Convention in Farmington, New Mexico. This team of dedicated leaders is committed to advancing the safety, rights, and well-being of professional firefighters across our state.

President – Miguel Tittman
Miguel Tittman, President of Albuquerque Area Fire Fighters Local 244, now serves as NMPFFA President. Miguel brings years of leadership experience and a strong commitment to representing New Mexico’s firefighters at every level.

Secretary-Treasurer – Dusty Warden
Dusty Warden, of White Sands Professional Fire Fighters Local F294, has been re-elected to a four-year term as Secretary-Treasurer. Dusty’s dedication and steady financial stewardship continue to ensure the strength and stability of our organization.

1st District Vice President – Teddy Ygbuhay
Representing Central New Mexico, Teddy Ygbuhay serves as 1st District Vice President. A proud member of Albuquerque Area Fire Fighters, Teddy is committed to building strong local connections and advocating for members’ needs.

2nd District Vice President – Chris Johnson
Chris Johnson, of Las Cruces Professional Fire Fighters, has been re-elected as 2nd District Vice President, representing Southern New Mexico. Chris continues to bring strong advocacy, leadership, and a focus on issues important to our southern locals.

Northern District Vice President – Eutimio Ortiz
Eutimio Ortiz, of Santa Fe County Fire Fighters, represents Northern New Mexico as Northern District Vice President. Eutimio is dedicated to ensuring the voices of northern locals are heard and their priorities addressed.

4th District Vice President – Adan Fabela
Adan Fabela, of White Sands Professional Fire Fighters Local F294, represents Federal Firefighters across New Mexico as 4th District Vice President. Adan is committed to standing up for the unique challenges and needs of our federal members.

Together, this Executive Board embodies the mission of the NMPFFA—to provide strong frontline advocacy, promote unity, and protect the rights, health, and safety of New Mexico’s professional firefighters.
