The NMPFFA recently held a meeting in Carlsbad sponsored by Local 1687 members and their President Robert Sanchez. Hobbs L4384 President Barry Young and Vice President Jim Bob Marshall came to the meeting. We missed seeing our L1249 Roswell Professional Fire Fighters, but soon discovered that they were busy winning a hearing to have their lieutenants included in their bargaining unit. Congratulations are in order. The success of our brothers in Roswell makes us all proud.
